Gone to far
Mother is so thrifty , she calls it being frugal
You wouldn’t believe all the ways she uses Dad’s old bugle.
Dad played the bugle years ago when he was in a band
Mom finds a use for everything, she thinks that it’s so grand.
I guess that she’s recycling and there’s nothing wrong with that
But I think this time she’s gone to far,
She wears the bugle as a hat…
