Mimi’s Silly Poetry

Silly rhymes in my head,

won’t you let me go to bed?

Close my eyes, but everytime,

my brain keeps seeing words that rhyme.

They keep me up, won’t let me sleep,

Even tried to count those sheep.

Eventually I just give in,

those rhyming words will always win.

I write them down so I can rest,

Ah! so glad I got that off my chest.
