They drive in the "Coyote Mobile".
"By no measure does tonight count as a success," Lamont declares, through his mask.
"Um... I agree with you there," Powell says.
"We failed to prevent the first component of Captain Camouflage's Illusion Ray Satellite from launching and we were nearly captured by his henchmen."
"I still haven't gotten my breath back... I've, um, never done so much running in my life."
"But there is one thing I do not understand, Pan Boy. How did you acquire your mysterious hypnosis power?"
"Um... what?"
"When we were battling with Camouflage's stooges... By some stroke of luck, they had gotten the better of me. I was caught. But then you... you simply looked at them and they released me and just walked off."
"Oh, uh, you mean those security guards? I didn't hypnotize them, I bribed them. I gave each of them a hundred dollars to let us go."
"How did you develop this mysterious ability to mesmerize?"
"No... Like I just said... I mean..." Powell shakes his head. "Forget it. I don't know..."
"Hmm.... Perhaps you are a mutant. The power must be latent in your DNA and it only expressed itself now, in a time of crises. Professor Xavier would be able to determine if I am right. We must see him when we have the time."
"Uh..."
"Do not fear. I am not one of the narrow minded, who harbor prejudice against mutants. For my part, I believe we must simply treat your ability as one more weapon in our arsenal against evil. For now, our primary mission must be to prevent Captain Camouflage from launching the remaining two components of his satellite."
"Um, I have a different primary mission."
"You do? What's that, Pan Boy?"
"I gave all my money to those
security guards. I need to borrow
some cash for a train ticket home..."
