Rantz and Liza talk with their new neighbor Carl Agnew.
“This could be a real nice place,” Carl says. “You slap some paint on, change the windows, get rid of that rusty garbage can… You could fix it up real nice.”
“You think?” Rantz asks.
“Sure… Raise the value twenty, twenty five percent, just like that…”
“Wow…”
”Yep… I’ve added at least fifty grand to my place.”
“You must be very proud,” Liza says.
“Yep… Anyway, it’s real nice to meet you. You look like good people, do the neighborhood good... I’ll see you later, gotta go pick up my kid…”
He walks to his SUV and pulls away.
“Interesting gentleman,” Rantz says.
“I guess… But butt ugly.”
“Yeah?”
“Bad skin, pot belly, balding. Yeah!”
“I don’t know… Slap on some moisturizer, get him to a gym, call Hair Club for Men… You could fix him up real nice.”
“You think?”
“Sure… Raise his value twenty, twenty five percent, just like that…”
